DECATUR WILSON III

Decatur is a husband and a father to 3 beautiful girls.  He strives daily to be a loving and supportive husband and dad daily.  He is active within his church and driven to love and support people in any and every way he is able.  Decatur has 11 successful years of experience as an engineer, manager and leader within a Fortune 50 company where he created and managed budgets, led teams of 10-100 people to complete many successful projects and expansions and ran multimillion-dollar businesses within the corporation.  Decatur also has a good bit commercial and residential real-estate business experience. Currently Decatur is the Chief Financial Officer for Thrive Family Services, LLC where he works with the administration team to ensure the financial growth and health of the business. 

Decatur is an out of the box thinker and has very LARGE vision to enable Hope Haven to reach hundreds of thousands of people and truly support their growth, development, and health.
